Project Story
St. Luke’s Medical Supply Center is the first project for ATSaw in Meridian, Idaho. The build to suit will be a medical supply warehouse and distribution hub for St. Luke’s Health System. With this development St. Luke’s is enhancing its ability to serve patients and hospitals across southwestern and south-central Idaho. By shifting the supply and distribution of critical medical supplies and pharmaceuticals to an in-house model and bringing the warehouse to the Treasure Valley, the project provides critical resilience to St. Luke’s and Idaho residents, minimizing the local impact of national and international supply chain disruptions. The project will reside in the Meridian Business Center, a 120-acre logistics master plan in the heart of the Boise MSA, providing easy access to the entire Boise metropolitan area.
