The 20.02-acre site closed on August 29th, 2025. It is located within the Boise city limits in the Airport Submarket and has L-1 Light Industrial zoning. AT Industrial will be performing the entitlement work and plans to start construction in 2026. The planned development proposes a cross-dock industrial facility of approximately 399,603 square feet, with flexible demising options for up to 12 tenants, intended to meet requirements for distribution and light industrial space in the Airport Submarket.
