Project Story

Nampa 16 Logistics is a planned two-phase industrial development project. Within the Boise MSA, the project is centrally located and adjacent to the brand-new Highway 16 and I-84 interchange providing unparalleled access all parts of the greater Boise market. The anticipated facility design features flexible space configurations, 30+ foot clear heights, cross-dock functionality, ample power, and excellent truck maneuverability. Phase 1 of the Nampa 16 Logistics development is scheduled to break ground in Q2 2023 with an anticipated delivery date in mid-2024. Once completed, Phase 1 of Nampa 16 Logistics will be one of the largest buildings to be built in the Boise MSA. This transaction is a joint venture between AT Industrial and Sawtooth Development.
