Nampa Interchange Park 2 (NIP2) is the 2nd building of a 2 building, multi-phased industrial development in Nampa, ID within the Boise, ID MSA. This development is adjacent to Boise’s main freeway (I-84) and the newly completed HWY 16 interchange. The Highway16 extension provides easy access north to US-20/26 and the planned northbound extension improvements will connect to the towns of Eagle, Star and Middleton, which are targeted for completion in 2027. Almost directly in the center of the Treasure Valley, Nampa Interchange Park creates much needed industrial space to support and complement the commercial and residential uses planned both east and west of the development. The anticipated facility design features flexible space configurations, 32′ foot clear heights, cross-dock functionality, ample power, and excellent truck maneuverability.
