Method is a build-to-suit lease project for Method Homes. Method Home’s custom, Net-Zero residential and commercial structures appeal to customers located in high-cost real estate markets, remote regions or short building seasons where modular homes solve for expensive and scarce construction labor. The new manufacturing facility enables Method Homes to continue to scale its business.
