Meridian Commerce Park – Building L.

Building L is the 4th vertical development in the Meridian Commerce Park and is located at the southern entrance directly adjacent to Interstate 84. It will consist of a 74,411 square foot multi-tenant industrial building with an approximately 0.5-acre secured outdoor storage yard. The 74,411 square foot building resides in the Meridian Commerce Park, a 120-acre logistics master plan in the heart of the Boise MSA. The project is exceptionally well located at I-84 and Black Cat Road, on the west end of Meridian. The project will provide much-needed industrial space to support and complement the commercial and residential uses in Meridian, as well as help meet the growing demand from new and expanding businesses in the greater Treasure Valley region. This transaction is a joint venture between AT Industrial and Sawtooth Development.
