McFarlane III is the third phase in a multi-phased industrial development. The property is located west of downtown next to the Spokane International Airport, within a Qualified Opportunity Zone. Planned to start construction in late 2023 and deliver in 2024, the facility will feature flexible space configurations, available trailer parking, 30-foot clear heights, cross-dock functionality, ample power, and excellent truck maneuverability.
