Tim Wolff
MANAGING PARTNER
Tim has more than 30 years of private real estate investment/development experience having developed >$4.5bn of commercial real estate in the current cycle. In addition to AT, he is an active member of the investment committee at The Wolff Company, a private equity firm focused on rental housing in the US. Tim has extensive experience in the startup world, both professional and philanthropic. He is a founding member and past president of YPO Scottsdale and co-founder of the first community foundation focused on the Sun Valley, ID area, SpurCommunity Foundation. He is also the co-founder of the Wood River Community Housing Trust, a unique and scalable solution to workforce housing issues in the Sun Valley area. Tim and his wife have lived in Ketchum, ID since 2010. He enjoys skiing on and off-piste, mountain biking, and time with friends and family.
Aaron Lake
MANAGING PARTNER
Aaron has more than 20 years of commercial real estate development, investment, and operations experience. In addition to his role as President and Co-Managing Partner at AT Industrial, Aaron is the CEO and Owner of Leavitt Capital Companies, a commercial real estate services firm founded in 1979. Leavitt Capital owns and manages more than 4 million square feet of commercial real estate across the west coast, including the management of AT Industrial assets. Aaron is a member of the YPO Idaho chapter. He is a graduate of the University of Washington and a loyal Husky football fan. Aaron and his wife live in Spokane, WA with their three girls. He enjoys golfing, skiing, and spending quality time with his family.
Randy Simmering
SR. VP CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT
Randy Simmering currently serves as Senior Vice President of Construction and Development at AT Industrial Co., where he has been with the firm since March 6, 2023. He brings 36+ years of real estate development and construction management experience and has been directly responsible for more than 16 million square feet of industrial warehouse and distribution facilities, representing over $1.3 billion in cumulative project value. Prior to joining AT Industrial, Randy held senior construction and development leadership roles including Director of Development & Construction at Huntington Industrial Partners, Founder & President of Venture Construction, and Vice President of Construction and Principal at BlackRidge Real Estate Group. Randy earned his B.S. in Construction Management from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
Doug Cabeal
SR. VP ASSET MANAGEMENT
Doug has more than 20 years of financial services and commercial real estate experience and currently serves as Senior Vice President and Head of Asset Management at AT Industrial Co. He is responsible for overseeing portfolio operations, driving financial performance, and executing asset-level business plans across the company’s industrial platform. Prior to joining AT Industrial, Doug held senior asset management roles at Stockbridge and began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. in Business Economics with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Doug and his wife live in Tiburon, CA with their three children and enjoy staying active, golfing, and spending time together as a family.
