Arcata is a 219,068 SF industrial facility situated on 10.32 acres in the heart of the North Las Vegas submarket. The property offers excellent access to Interstate 15, positioning it in one of the most desirable and logistics-friendly locations in the area. Arcata is uniquely suited to accommodate large-format industrial users, and will be one of only two facilities in the submarket capable of delivering a 200,000–250,000 SF tenant a dedicated standalone building.  AT Industrial acquired the project in December 2024 and is executing a comprehensive capital improvement program to modernize the facility.
